Forest Bathing / Shinrin-Yoku
Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a traditional Japanese awareness meditation, proven to be a profound antidote to anxiety, depression, fear and tension. You will be taken upon a simple forest walk, whereupon your guide, Helena, will facilitate and enable a sensual immersive experience, whereby the forest languages of renewal, growth, change and impermanence will become your experiential second nature. You will develop a sense of inner peace and stillness that will be supported and encouraged by nature's living, ever-changing process. Absolutely no experience necessary. The requirements are a willingness to let go of your troubles, fears, worries and anxieties. Other things to note Wear warmer clothes than usual as we will spend time being still in the woods and in the shade of the forest canopy. You may also wish to bring something to sit on during sit spot practice. Great for groups and team building too. (I also work with Forest Garden, Shovelstrode that is located 4 miles from the location of this Forest Bathing experience. Star the pony and I will meet you at our meeting point where we will carry out introductions and cover safety tips, before we head off for the walk. We will finish the walk back at the pony field where you will brush their coats and manes and tails, while the ponies tuck into their lunch. You can meet their next door neighbours the donkeys and the other animals at the field too. You will really get to know the ponies as individuals and see their different characters and personalities. Beekeeping in the South Downs
We'll meet at our farm for an initial introduction. Next we'll walk the grounds and explain the relationship between nature and bees, underlining their importance to the eco system. Then, we'll take you through the equipment needed to practise bee keeping, the main events in the beekeeping year, how we manage the swarming season and extract the golden honey. We'll visit one or two of our apiary sites in the locality, and if weather permits we may open a hive to let you see what the inside of a bee colony looks like. Afterwards, we'll return to the farm and try some honey tasting to help you understand the different types of honey available. A relaxing experience enjoying nature and gaining an appreciation of these beautiful, selfless animals. Other things to note Decent footwear is key if we are walking - but it should not be too demanding.

Learn about Boxgrove Man, the oldest human remains ever found in England, a Neolithic settlement and see WWII radio direction-finding structures. Hear local folktales and learn a little Sussex dialect. Depending on the time of year, we may see a range of butterflies and birds, including buzzards and skylarks and, if we are very lucky, we may see some deer. Chichester is the nearest railway station. Electric Bike Brighton Coastline
Looking for an exciting adventure to start your day in Brighton? Look no further than an "electric" mountain bike ride along the breathtaking Brighton coastline. Whether you prefer an early morning, afternoon, or evening ride, this experience promises to be unforgettable. As you set out on your journey, feel free to ask your knowledgeable guide any questions about Brighton and its surrounding areas to ensure you get the most out of your visit. If you prefer to go at your own pace, your guide can show you where to go and provide a short guided route to the seafront before giving you the freedom to explore on your own. Before hitting the road, make sure to choose the correct bike size and helmet, and take a quick test ride to build confidence. Once you're ready to go, the adventure truly begins as you head to the Brighton seafront and ride along to Rottingdean, passing by iconic landmarks like the British Airways i360 tower and famous piers. If you're new to biking or prefer a smoother ride, the Undercliffs trails offer a perfect option. Whichever route you choose, the stunning view of the Sussex coastline from the cliff top is not to be missed.

Bar Crawl in Brighton
This event IS available to book for every Fri/Sat but for some reason Airbnb isn't letting us accept any booking requests and they're all coming up as 'unavailable'. Please message us directly if you're unable to make a booking and we'll see what we can do :) We change the lineup of our activities regularly but our tour always consists of a variety of bars and clubs. This could be anything ranging from traditional pubs, to Karaoke or live music, games of pool and a whole lot more. We'll usually finish at one of the larger clubs in Brighton to which our customers get free entry together with hefty drinks discounts and free shots along the way. We'll also take plenty of photos on our big fancy camera which they get access to for free after the crawl. Other things to note: Try not to wear sporting-wear as some of the venues are not overly keen on this. You get free shots and the drinks are discounted but make sure to bring some cash or a card. Over 18s only. Driving licence or passport required as ID (even if you’re a million years old). Please note: Due to previous bad experiences, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept stag/hen dos (or same-sex groups of more than 9) on our main crawl. To book a private crawl with us, please get in contact directly.
Mindful Marbling Workshop
As an artist & meditator I designed this experience to be a creative antidote to stress & a take home tool to help us embrace uncertainty. I guide my guests towards the beauty of surrendering to life's present moment & into the psychological wellbeing of the creative flow state via the ancient mediative art of Japanese ink marbling. Not only do my guests leave the workshop relaxed & with paper and card prints of their creative work to take with them, but with a new creative skill set they can then replicate at home. We start with a relaxing cup of herbal tea in my lounge & a brief history of marbling. After which I guide my guests through an easy to follow guided meditation to relax my guests, enhance our feeling of wellbeing & prepare us to enter the flow state of creativity fully relaxed & free from the everyday stress of the world outside. Following on is a practical demonstration of the techniques involved in Japanese marbling. Guests are then invited to get creative themselves in the relaxed supportive environment of my home to create individual works of marbling art with all materials supplied. Message me your requirements I may be able to accommodate diff start time group bookings. Suitable for children from age 12 (unless you book a private family group booking, again message me your requirements).
